The chef sommelier
A host of treasures selected, stored and served by Head Sommelier Thibaut Panas, who was awarded Sommelier of the Year Switzerland by the prestigious Gault&Millau guide 2014. He received the same award in 2016 by the Swiss magazine BILANZ.
