For its 2nd edition of « Travel by Cocktails » the BAR at the Beau-Rivage invites you to celebrate the Independance Day with New York style cocktails inspired by the TV series “Sex and the City” and American finger food.

A warm welcome awaits you in our brand new BAR, which specialises in the art of making cocktails and stocks some rare and exceptional alcoholic beverages. Enjoy the retro-chic ambience while BAR Manager Alexandre Peyraud and his team acquaint you with their authentic cocktails, which they mix and shake using house products.

Guests can leave their bottled rarities in our ‘bottle-keep’ cabinet for safekeeping. Our regular patrons can rest assured that a few drops of their favourite drink will be there time after time for their enjoyment.

Cigar lovers will be thrilled to discover the vast range of finest cigars stocked in our new BAR. These can be enjoyed all year round on the heated terrace facing the lake.

Finally, we cater for patrons with a real thirst for knowledge. Book a lesson with our barmen and learn the basics of cocktail creation. Mix a few of your own, try them out and leave with a surprise gift: CHF 150 per person.

Lobby Lounge

There are two aspects to our Lobby Lounge.

By day it welcomes you in full light for delicious interludes from 8 a.m. In the evening the dimmed lighting and a soft ambience is ideal for a little quiet socialising. During the fine days of summer, make the most of the terrace extending over the lake.

Multi-faceted

Do you feel like scheduling your day around the Beau-Rivage Palace?

The Lobby Lounge team welcomes you from 8 - 12 a.m. for full breakfast at CHF 30.

In the afternoon, savour the atmosphere of tempting afternoon tea served with selected cakes and biscuits - from CHF 22.

And to round off the day, drop in for an aperitif while enjoying the musical accompaniment of Julieta Mileva at the piano.
