SEMINAR SERVICE ASSISTANCE

Let us take care of everything while you can focus on the essential: the success of your seminar.

Organising a seminar consists of numerous important stages, but the most important ones take place on the day of the event.

To help your seminar to be a crowning success we can provide a Seminar Service Assistance. The assistant will be on hand in the conference rooms and our business centre as your sole point of contact and will dedicate her time exclusively to ensuring that your day runs smoothly.

The assistant's role is to anticipate and respond to all your needs during the seminar day, saving you unnecessary communication with lots of people.

If there is a last minute change of plan due to the weather, or you need an extra room, additional technical support, or any other adjustments to ensure your day is a success, nothing will escape our experienced representative.

All your needs will be anticipated and conveyed directly to the right services, with no “middle-man.”
Drawing upon extensive knowledge of running business functions and vast experience in luxury hospitality, your assistant is proactive and understands how to prioritise: skills that will enable your seminar to be a memorable event.

The Sandoz room, built in 1908, offers a majestic setting for your seminars and receptions.
With a surface area of 430 m², the Beau-Rivage Palace’s biggest room can hold up to 400 people for a conference.

Up to 20 participants, it is with pleasure that we will welcome you in our brasserie, le « Café Beau-Rivage » or in our japanese restaurant « Le Miyako ».

Up to 12 participants your lunch can be organised in our 2 Michelin stars restaurant
« Anne-Sophie Pic au Beau-Rivage Palace ». Extra charge for gastronomic lunch : CHF 20.- per person
