OPENING HOURS
The spa opens its doors between 6:30 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., 7 days a week. Treatments may be reserved
between 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. 7 days a week. Our professional and skilled staff is at guests disposal
for reservations at +41 21 613 33 67.
CHANGING ROOMS
Each guest has the possibility to use the individual locker rooms with the necessary accessories and
linen provided. The lockers are emptied every evening for the hygiene and security of all guests. The
management is not responsible for any valuable items left in locker rooms or in the different spa areas.
The reception team may assist individuals to a safety box for any valuable items.
SECURITY AND HYGIENE
For each individuals well being, strict rules apply for security and hygiene which should be followed.
- The management may not be held responsible for the loss or theft of objects on the Spa premises.
- The management declines responsibility in case of accidents in the spa zones as well
as the swimming pool which is not under surveillance.
- It is prohibited to run in the Spa and to dive or jump in the swimming pools.
- It is not recommended to stay in the sauna and hammam for a longer period
than indicated at the entrance of each zone.
- Any glassware or food items are strictly prohibited around the swimming pool,
spa zones, locker rooms and treatment areas.
- It is prohibited to smoke inside the Spa.
- All individuals should be advised by their doctor whether certain exercises
or treatments are admitted.
- All individuals are requested to wear the appropriate shoe cover once entering the locker area.
- Mobile phones are strictly prohibited in the Spa.
- Pets are not allowed in the Spa.
- Access to the swimming pool is only admitted with the proper and descent swimwear.
TREATMENTS
Reservations for treatments may be taken only during opening hours. All individuals having reserved a
treatment are requested to arrive 30 minutes before the treatment begins in order to allow time to change
and benefit of the hamman and sauna facilities. Individuals arriving late for treatments will only receive the
remainder time of the treatment reserved. Guest will be charged for any appointments cancelled with less
than 24 hour’s notice. Our massages are treatments of relaxation and well-being, and are not therapeutic
nor medical.
