The restaurant Pic au Beau-Rivage Palace celebrates Swiss terroir with an exceptional evening where its cuisine meets the finest Swiss wines through a seven-course menu. A refined gastronomic experience to explore the authentic flavors of Switzerland.
Each dish will be complemented by a carefully selected wine from a different canton of Switzerland. These wines will be presented by their winemakers, who will share their passion, their domain, and the perfect pairing between the wine and the dish.
