Helvetic Week at Pic au Beau-Rivage Palace

From Wednesday, August 26 to Sunday, August 30, discover the soul of Swiss terroirs through an exclusive 7-course menu, passionately crafted by Anne-Sophie Pic and her Chef Jordan Theurillat, featuring ingredients sourced from local producers.

Priced at CHF 330, this menu can be enhanced, if you wish, with a food and beverage pairing: each dish is accompanied by a carefully selected wine from a different Swiss canton.

On Thursday, August 27, the Helvetic Evening will bring together the selected winemakers at the restaurant from 7 p.m., where they will share their creations and expertise.
