Looking back to the hotel’s opening in 1861, Anne Sophie-Pic has recreated the menu of the hotel’s inaugural dinner, 160 years ago, on March 25, 1861. This promises to be an unforgettable once-in-a-lifetime event.
No more than 120 guests will gather in the Beau-Rivage Palace’s magnificent Salle Sandoz to discover a unique gala menu composed of six exquisite courses with perfect wine-pairing.
The evening’s musical entertainment and speeches will bring back the tradition of countless legendary balls at the Beau-Rivage Palace.
