The Restaurant of the Beau-Rivage Palace’s Three Chefs

In order to offer a culinary experience reflecting the Beau-Rivage Palace to in-house guests, the pop-up restaurant "Ephémère" has been imagined by the three Chefs of the hotel.

The Chefs, Guillaume Soares from the Café Beau-Rivage, Larry Andino from the Japanese restaurant Miyako and Andrea Gaia from L’Accademia are happy to welcome you.

With its large windows overlooking the natural surroundings, the panoramic view from the dining room is astonishing!

In the morning...

From 7.00 to 10.30 am

As soon as the sun rises, the varied breakfast buffet will seduce breakfast lovers.



For Lunch & dinner...

From 12 noon to 2.00 pm and from 7.00 to 9.30 pm

A wide choice is available to you. Take a seat in front of Lake Geneva and enjoy the view.
