Observation of the Perseids

Gaze up and lose yourself in the wonder of the starry sky. Guided by the experts from the Vevey Planetarium, embark on a celestial journey, where the mysteries of the universe unfold in an immersive evening of astronomy initiation, stargazing, and a refined cocktail reception.

Programme:

8:00 PM – Welcome reception with a cocktail dinner in the company of astronomers from the Astronomical Society of Haut-Léman (SAHL) at the Vevey Observatory
8:45 PM – Introduction to astronomy
9:45 PM – Stargazing session using professional telescopes from the gardens of the Beau-Rivage Palace

In the event of bad weather, the evening will be postponed to 14 August - if you are unable to attend on this date, your ticket will be refunded.
