Start as you mean to go on with a thoroughly delicious gourmet breakfast in our uplifting Terrasse restaurant.
As you settle at your table for a freshly brewed cup of piping hot coffee, let the light streaming through the glass walls and the views over the lakefront awaken your senses for the day.
We advise doing a quick lap of the buffet selection before committing to a choice – there's much to consider. A rainbow of freshly pressed juices. Artisanal granola and cereals. Freshly baked, buttery pastries with perfectly judged lamination. Plus, an array of à la carte options, with eggs any way you like and accompaniments like bacon and smoked salmon. However you strategise your selection, after a breakfast like this, you're set to have a good day.
- Monday to Friday, 06:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
- Weekends, public holidays, and school holidays in the Canton of Vaud from 07:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
- Sunday brunch, 12:45 p.m. to 2:45 p.m.
- CHF 130 per person, including a hot drink and a glass of champagne. Free for children up to 5 years old and 50% up to 12 years old.
