Cristal Roederer Evening at Pic au Beau-Rivage Palace

Thursday, November 20, Anne-Sophie Pic is delighted to welcome the Louis Roederer House to her Lausanne restaurant, offering us a rare opportunity to explore the treasures of its prestigious cellar. On this occasion, her guest Jean-Baptiste Lécaillon, Cellar Master, will guide you through the tasting of these exceptional vintages:

• Cristal Blanc: 1979, 1990, 1996, 2012, 2013, 2016
• Cristal Rosé: 2002, 2008

The cuvées will be paired with a 7-course menu specially crafted by Chef Anne-Sophie Pic and Jordan Theurillat. This unique evening will take place at the Chef’s Table of the restaurant Pic au Beau-Rivage Palace, celebrating conviviality and refined indulgence.
