A fresh take
Take a break from relaxing by the pool to fuel up in our summer restaurant Ô Terrasse.
Expect the lightest, freshest bites. Crisp, juicy watermelon salad with feta, strawberries and mint oil. Poke bowls brimming with a rainbow of vivid veg. Delicate ceviche with peaches. Every exquisite morsel on the menu is just right for warm weather and gentle grazing.
If you prefer to skip to dessert, a bright and enticing confection of sweet treats will cool you down and fill you up, from a colourful fruit plate to a full spectrum of sorbets and ice creams.
To complement your poolside picnic, order a chilled glass of champagne, rosé or mojito, perfect for sipping in between dips. Divine.
