Helvetic evening at Pic au Beau-Rivage Palace

Anne-Sophie Pic celebrates Swiss terroir with an exceptional evening where her cuisine meets the finest Swiss wines through a seven-course menu. A refined gastronomic experience, in the presence of the Chef, to explore the authentic flavors of Switzerland.

Each dish will be complemented by a carefully selected wine from a different canton of Switzerland. These wines will be presented by their winemakers, who will share their passion, their domain, and the perfect pairing between the wine and the dish. To begin this culinary journey, we will offer you the first sequence without wine, but with the subtle art of a guest distiller who will create an exceptional cocktail using Swiss spirits to awaken your taste buds.
