From Wednesday, August 26 to Saturday, August 30, discover the soul of Swiss terroirs through an exclusive 7-course menu, passionately crafted by Anne-Sophie Pic and her Chef Jordan Theurillat, featuring ingredients from local producers present at the Pic market at the Beau-Rivage Palace on Friday, August 29. Priced at CHF 330, this culinary journey can be enhanced with carefully selected Swiss wine pairings for an additional CHF 270.
