Helvetic Week at Pic au Beau-Rivage Palace

From Wednesday, August 26 to Sunday, August 30, discover the soul of Swiss terroirs through an exclusive 7-course menu, passionately crafted by Anne-Sophie Pic and her Chef Jordan Theurillat, inspired by ingredients from local producers present at the Pic market at the Beau-Rivage Palace on Friday, August 28.

Priced at CHF 330, this menu can be enhanced, if you wish, with a food and beverage pairing: each dish is accompanied by a carefully selected wine from a different Swiss canton.

The Helvetic Week will also shine on Thursday, August 27 with the Helvetic Evening, during which selected winemakers will be present from 7 p.m. at the restaurant to take you on a journey into the heart of their creative explorations.
