Helvetic Week

From Tuesday, August 26 to Saturday, August 30, discover the soul of Swiss terroirs through an exclusive 7-course menu, passionately crafted by Anne-Sophie Pic and her Chef Jordan Theurillat, featuring ingredients from local producers present at the Pic market at the Beau-Rivage Palace on Friday, August 29. Priced at CHF 330, this menu can be enhanced with a wine pairing that celebrates Swiss vineyards, featuring 6 wines and one distilled spirit from 7 different cantons, for an additional CHF 270.

Anne-Sophie Pic will have the great pleasure of personally welcoming you for dinner on Wednesday, lunch and dinner on Thursday, and lunch on Friday, to share this ode to Swiss terroir with you.

The Helvetic Week will also shine on Thursday, August 28 with the Helvetic Evening, where the six winemakers and the distiller selected for the food and wine pairings will be present from 7 p.m. at the restaurant to take you on a journey into the heart of their creative explorations.
