The Beau-Rivage Palace has placed Anne-Sophie Pic at the helm of the kitchens of its fine-dining restaurant.
While continuing to preside over her restaurant in Valence (France), the three star Michelin chef has entrusted the realisation of her creations to Kévin Vaubourg.
The restaurant has been awarded two stars in the Michelin guide and 18/20 in the Gault Millau.
The Wine Cellar
With a wine list of over 3000 wines and 75,000 bottles carefully stored and aged, the cellar of the Beau-Rivage Palace is indisputably one of the largest in Europe.
Chef Anne-Sophie Pic has long been at the forefront of innovation in cuisine and cocktails. Most recently, she has developed a range of exceptional non-alcoholic cocktails, made from fresh, natural ingredients, with mixtures of herbs, fruits, vegetables, but also spices and herbs. The chef has also taken care to create a wide variety of mixes, so that each cocktail is unique and different from all the others.
